  • A 110,000 seat capacity stadium developed for the Sydney Olympic Games, which has since been reconfigured for post-Olympic sport with a capacity of 83,500 seats.
  • AEG Ogden established the venue as Australia’s primary venue for international events including the 2003 Rugby World Cup finals and FIFA World Cup Preliminary rounds.
  • The Stadium regularly hosts international tests for Rugby Union and Soccer as well as the National Rugby League Grand Final, as well as AFL and Cricket events.
  • AEG Ogden established a successful corporate sales and membership program which is supported by the wide events profile.
  • The Stadium now hosts up to 50 events per year, including concerts and is home ground for three National Rugby League teams.
  • AEG Ogden operated the venue for the Pre-Opening phase and for the seven years following the Games, at which time management was transitioned to the Stadium Owner.
